There are 2 basic types of overprinting - Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer. Which label you need will depend on your over-printer:

  • Direct Thermal - specially coated paper turns black to create the print. No ribbon required.
  • Thermal Transfer - standard paper, requires a ribbon to produce text, is very durable when your print needs to be visible for longer periods of time.

Colour-washed, Printed and Bureau Variable Data

We can produce colour-washed and pre-printed labels (up to 8 colours) with low-migration inks. We also offer ultra-destructible security materials and consecutive or variable data barcode overprinting bureau services with our 300dpi Zebra printers.

A4 Sheets as well as Roll Labels!

As well as fulfilling your roll label printer needs, we also cater for your A4 Inkjet and Laser Printers. All our A4 Sheets are formatted to conform with Avery Standard Templates readily available in most word processing programmes like 'Microsoft Word'. We only use the highest quality face paper and thicker backing paper with a window cut to guarantee our sheets won't curl or jam up in your printer!
